MAY Elk of the Month

This month’s Elk of the Month goes to Leslie Huerta and Cindy Lefaive for their amazing work with the Children’s Shopping last month. This is one of my favorite events that our lodge does. If you are not aware, this event supports children who are in need, and their teachers nominate them at the Road Runner School. Each child gets to go shopping with an Elk and then return to the lodge for a pizza party. Leslie, Cindy, and all of the volunteers

put in so much work to make this a memorable event for the children! Thank you so much for making our community a better place for these needy children!
